Scott Berglund is the Piping Department Manager at Brindley Engineering, where he leads and mentors a team of engineers and designers in plant layout and piping design across the chemical, refining, and related industries. With over 20 years of experience spanning construction and engineering on projects of all sizes—from small-cap to large-cap, greenfield to brownfield—Scott brings deep technical expertise, quality oversight, and strategic guidance to every project. He also chairs the Brindley Culture Committee, fostering employee engagement and a strong workplace community. Scott holds a BA degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Northern Illinois University.
