Mili Isaza

Mili Isaza is a Mechanical Engineer at Brindley Engineering, where she supports multidisciplinary projects and leads process improvement initiatives in the oil and gas sector. She holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has experience in project scheduling, engineering coordination, and field support. Outside of work, she is a youth speaker helping students build resilience and purpose through her story.
