Mark Manalad serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Brindley Engineering, bringing industry top talent to the organization while contributing to company-wide strategy as part of the senior leadership team. Mark holds 26 years of recruiting experience and has spent 19 of those years in the engineering space. His goal as a professional is to match impact players who fit in culturally and technically with the organization. Mark holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago and is involved in guest speaking engagements and career workshops with local major universities. He has a passion for helping students prepare for life after college.
