Alesia Truong

Alesia Truong received her BS in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She started at Brindley Engineering as a Reliability Engineer 10 years ago before serving as the Mechanical Engineering Department Manager where she currently leads and oversees a team of mechanical engineers and technicians, ensuring quality of deliverables, team development and culture. She is a proud mother of two young boys and a rescue dog, striving to be a role model for her kids and female engineers.
