Capital Project Planning and Execution
From FEL 1 (Conceptual) through Detailed Design, for stick built or modular projects. Includes project management, assessments, engineering and design, procurement, project controls and estimating, and construction advisory services.
Establishing and Executing Maintenance Programs
Including structural and fireproofing infrastructure loss of primary containment programs, tank farm maintenance programs, corrosion under insulation programs, field forward maintenance projects and more.
Reliability Assessment and Execution Plans
Planning and program execution such as mechanical integrity programs, reliability-based program development and execution, API 579-1/ASME FFS-1 fitness for service assessments, gap analysis, root cause failure analysis, risk-based inspection programs, and others.
Turnaround Work Scope
Including evaluation, engineering, design, and execution support.
Environmental Programs
Such as BWON (or Benzene Waste Operations NESHAP) and NESHAP (National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants) and LDAR (Leak Protection and Repair) program work.
