Great Place to Work® can mean different things to different people. We wanted to go behind the scenes to get a true glimpse into Brindley Engineering, a 3-time Great Place to Work® recipient and learn more about the company culture. This is a 3-part series. In part 1 we talked to 2 newbies at Brindley Engineering – Oleg Serbin, Project Control Specialist and Victor Olvera, Staff Engineer. In Part 2 we introduce you to Carolyn Barnes, Financial Services Associate and Milo Mu, Senior Piping Designer, who have both worked at the company for 2 to 3 years.

“Brindley is a place where you have a say in the work you do.”
    “You’re not a number, you’re family.”
“Leadership truly appreciates each employee. No matter their education, background, or gender. When you are in his presence, you feel welcomed, and you are treated as family.”

MM: “It is exciting to see BE gain momentum and continue to win more big capital projects which I want to be involved with. My personal goal is to get involved in a big project for 6 months.”
